I am pleased to inform you that the Texas State Teachers Association has endorsed your candidacy for reelection to the Texas House of Representatives.
Your continuing support for public education and public school educators warrants this early endorsement, and once the district lines are finally settled, we will inform our leaders and members in your district of this endorsement and encourage them to help you in your campaign. TSTA is committed to excellence in our public schools. We are constantly working to insure a qualilty education for our students and to improve the professional status of teachers and other educational employees. The TSTA-PAC will meet on January 7 to determine our primary budget and again next summer to set our general election budget. The TSTA staff is available to you and your campaign staff to discuss how TSTA can most effectively provide support for your campaign.
